I laughed. I cried. I was annoyed with some of the comments that runner snobs left. Some people need to get a life and a sense of humor! I love that we have all had races like this--even those of us who love running. I think that's what makes it so funny.
I remember a speed-walker passing us at like mile 11 of our first Nike Women's Half. I was like "What the what?? You can't pass us!!" But she did anyway...

oh totally molly! i cannot tell you how many times i've been passed by an 80 year woman and wanted to kick her because i was in so much pain.

Love the 2yo! I have one too, and when they learn a new word, they use it as much as possible.
