How Do You Keep Fresh?

No, not that kind of fresh. Running fresh. Feeling fresh on your legs. Getting up in the morning. Running day in, day out. I wanna know.


  1. I don't. That's part of the issue. One thing that makes it easier for me, though, is to mix up the running with cycling, swimming, and gym (read: weights) time. And I've noticed my running pace drop because of it as well, and I'm overall as fit as I've ever been.

  2. Running partners. I'd run every day if someone were there to meet me. Of course, not right now due to el bebe in the belly, but I'll get there again soon.
